Rapists and frailty
From Pope Francis to Ghislaine Maxwell to Bill Cosby it's a pattern of behavior

Have you noticed how accused rapists, or people running proven rape networks like the Catholic church, show up to any place where they’re being held accountable looking as frail as they possibly can? It’s as if they’re trying to say: “I’m just a weak frail person, I couldn’t possibly hurt anyone, so don’t look at my historical record or how much money I have or how many people I wield power over. And definitely don’t look at how I protect and perpetuate rape culture.”
Recently, Pope Francis who runs the worldwide pedophile network the Catholic church showed up in Canada to make an “apology” to the Indigenous peoples there for the children who were abused in Catholic run schools. He showed up in a wheelchair and made a big deal about needing to retire soon because his knee hurt. His knee was a bigger story than the Indigenous children raped and tortured and murdered in Catholic schools. He even put on an Indigenous headdress he was gifted as if he had earned such a mark of respect and was not a protector of violence against children.
Harvey Weinstein, after a decades long career of raping and terrorizing women, showed up to his trial with a walker as if that would somehow absolve him of overpowering women for years. More than 80 women have accused him of sexually assaulting them and sexually harassing them going back decades. He was found guilty of one third degree rape charge and a criminal count in the first degree while being acquitted of more serious charges.
Bill Cosby showed up to his trial, having been accused of raping and drugging women for decades, with the support of his entourage holding him up. He was described as “frail” and visually impaired, and needed help walking. He has been accused by at least 60 women of violent crimes against them spanning decades. He was found guilty of 3 counts of indecent aggravated assault against one woman only to be acquitted later due to a technicality, not because any of the evidence was faulty.
Michael Jackson showed up to his trial, where he was accused of raping children, in his pajamas and physically propped up by his entourage. Maybe a man accused of being a pedophile who groomed children by getting their parents to agree to sleepovers shouldn’t have shown up in pajamas as if he was just at a sleepover? His entitlement of showing up late when justice for children was on the line is just amazing to me. Meanwhile, he was never found guilty. Two of his victims, adults now, have come forward to reveal how they were manipulated into protecting him from justice when they were children.
R Kelly had a meltdown during his interview with Gail King when she questioned him on allegations that he raped and groomed minor Black girls. He ranted and raved and presented himself as a victim who was fighting for his life. At no point did he express any concern for the Black girls and women he’d harmed and shouted over the Black woman interviewing him.
He was found guilty of 1 count of racketeering and 8 counts of sex trafficking, but only after years of persistence from survivors and their families and an entire documentary series being made to present the stories of his victims. The verdict was a reversal of his 2008 child pornography trial when he was found not guilty of 14 counts of child pornography. I repeat: He was found not guilty of 14 counts of child pornography in 2008.
Ghislaine Maxwell presented herself as quite the victim before, during, and after her trial where she was found guilty of sex trafficking a minor and other charges. She was only found guilty of these charges in 2021 despite her partner Epstein’s guilty verdict years earlier and her obvious collaboration with him the entire time. What she was found guilty of just recently barely scratched the surface of her alleged crimes. There are mountains of evidence that weren’t even brought into the courtroom because of how many people in power they implicate.
Do you notice a pattern amongst all these accused rapists and/or perpetrators of rape culture?
Not only are they powerful, famous, rich, with connections and protections at the highest levels in this world, they are people who have been protected for years and decades. When they are finally caught by some miracle, they pretend to be vulnerable and frail. The media gushed over Pope Francis’s visit to Canada as if thousands of Indigenous children didn’t suffer horrifically because of his church. He went home with his power intact and Catholicism still the richest church in the world. The media promoted Michael Jackson despite years of many children coming forward to speak of how he allegedly harmed them. He died with a massive estate, just before yet another sold out world tour. The media ignored rumors of R Kelly’s abuse and domestic violence despite how he was allegedly keeping minor Black girls locked up in his house and allegedly making child porn. He has still never been found guilty of child pornography even though there is video of him having sex with a girl who is allegedly 14 years old. The media barely covered Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial and when they did cover it, they described her as frail and “suffering blows”. She has been sent to a low security prison where she can do culturally appropriated “yoga”. The media hushed up stories of Bill Cosby drugging and raping girls for decades as if it was their job to keep the image of “America’s Dad” clean. He was acquitted and sent home to his loving wife who has defended him from justice at every turn.
“America’s Dad.” What an appropriate and fitting name for a rapist of this western empire. If you are preyed upon by this empire, you will be drugged, raped, and then gaslit your entire life because that’s how Daddy America wield’s power over the entire planet.
For years I have called the trauma of colonized peoples “a colonial hangover” because that’s what this empire is. It is rape culture and domestic violence and mind control on a macro level.
Pope Francis’s recent “apology” didn’t include giving land back to the First Nations. It didn’t include any compensatory money to the tribes who’s communities were devastated by those concentration camps of child abuse. It didn’t include closing down offending Catholic churches. This is because Pope Francis wasn’t there to give an apology. He was there to protect pedophiles and gaslight survivors. Do you know how I can say this opinion of mine with such certainty? I can say this because while the mainstream media was gushing about Pope Francis’ knee, I was paying attention to what Catholic media was saying to Catholic people about his trip:
Catholic media was assuring Catholic people that it was fine to be both Catholic and Indigenous despite what the Catholic church had done to Indigenous people. Pope Francis wasn’t there to give an apology. He was in Canada to tell the First Nations people to still be Catholic. Thus, he was there to protect Catholic influence over the First Nations. He was there to protect Catholic control over Indigenous land.
Meanwhile, Pope Francis is supposed to be frail and weak, right? He’s thinking about retiring, right? Think about what that means. If the pope were to actually retire right after his so-called “apology”, it would reset the entire timetable. A new pope wouldn’t be obligated to back up any apologies the old pope made, the way a new US president can pull back from any treaties or agreements the old president made. That means that the Catholic church gets the benefit of looking as if they’ve acknowledged their violence and evil in Canada, while actually taking no responsibility for it at all or paying any price, and while keeping Native peoples in Canada as members of their church. That means the Catholic church retains control over Indigenous land which means they keep raping Indigenous children and never seeing any justice for it. It’s a win win win for the Catholic church. Of course Pope Francis went to Canada.
Meanwhile, Pope Francis gets to retire in luxury and peace, having done his part to protect the Catholic church from worldwide collapse. Notice how he only appears in the western hemisphere to “apologize” to anyone. He has never appeared in India to admit to and apologize for the genocide the Catholic church committed upon Hindus and is still committing.
This is the purpose of rapists and rape protectionists appearing frail. It’s an indication that they’re never going to be accountable for their actions. Never forget that and never fall for their “apologies” and their “frailty”.
There’s nothing frail about rape.
